Gratitude Techniques That I Personally Follow

Today, I would like to share the gratitude techniques which I follow. You can also practice those and share your results with me. I will love to know about your progress.

You can practice these as many times in a day as you want.

Morning Gratitude Practice

When you wake up in the morning, your subconscious mind is very much active. It is a must to practice in the morning time.

Thank you, God… for at least 21 things you already have… E.g.

Grateful for being alive.

Grateful that you have another 24 hours.

Grateful that you have another day to live your dreams.

Grateful for your family, your life partner, the work you have, the breakfast you have, and the lovely home you have.

And then thank God in advance for a great day ahead.

If anything special or any specific goal you have for the day, ask that also in advance –

“Thank you, God, for achieving…” as if you already have made it!

If any task you want to complete during the day, say that in advance –

“Thank you, God, for helping me complete the task successfully…” as if you have already completed that task.

Day Gratitude Practice

During your day, if you are surrounded by any unfavorable situation & or people (which is quite apparent), use Gratitude to attract positivity and change your frequency. Simply start focusing on the things you can be grateful for.

Say “thank you, God” for the results you want in those situations & from people.

With positive feelings of Gratitude, you automatically get positive thoughts, beliefs & actions. E.g.

· When looking for parking, just say to yourself, “Thank you, God, for your help in the parking,” then see how quickly you attract the results!

· When riding your bicycle or two-wheelers, always say, “Thank you, God, for the awesome ride,” “thank you, pediatricians, thank you for my two-wheeler,” etc.

Evening Gratitude Practice

Repeat this gratitude practice in the evening also.

“Thank you, God…” what all tasks you had completed during the day.

And if some tasks are still pending and you can’t finish, Say in advance –

“Thank you, God…” as if you have already completed it.

Night Gratitude Practice

Repeat your gratitude affirmations for everything you have in your life & for everything that happened in your life today before you sleep. Say, “thank you, God.”

Say,

“Thank you, God, I have achieved all my tasks with your help…” as if you already have them.

Remember to sleep in a state of Gratitude, not in a tense mode.

Since you attract what you feel, remember to sleep in a state of Gratitude as if you already have everything in your life.

Anytime Gratitude Practice

These are the gratitude practices we can do at any time & any point in life. You will see magical results by attracting positive frequencies from the Universe.

Practice gratitude for your body & health.

Be grateful for Mother Nature.

Practice gratefulness for all the love you receive, your money, and your beautiful career.

Practice gratefulness for all small tasks you perform during the entire day.

When you eat your food, remember to say, “thank you, mother, for awesome food.”

When eating in a restaurant, say, “thank the waiters who served you.”

Say “thank you to everyone you meet in your entire day.”

You send your positive frequencies to the other person you are saying thank you. This helps you to attract positive frequencies all the time.

Points to be noted:

The more you complain about what you don’t have, the more you will attract the reasons to complain.

The Universe will say Tathastu.

The more you are grateful for what you have, the more you will attract the reasons for Gratitude.

The Universe will say Tathastu.

The Universe is incredible and always says Tathastu for all our thoughts.

So, say, “thank you, Universe!!!”
