Innate Qualities
Criticism of the Weather
We moan about the weather when it’s too hot, too wet, too cold, or too windy.
The following time you catch yourself complaining about the weather, put an end to it. Keep in mind to enjoy the change. Recognize the variations in heat, cold, wetness, etc.
You can take action to make the situation more bearable once you stop complaining. For instance, if the weather is excessively warm, get yourself a cold beverage and then do your work!
Live by Values
Living by the principles we hold most dear is the ultimate form of discipline. We might have to give up something, like praise, money, or status, to achieve this. The benefits, however, are tremendous: self-respect, self-assurance, and the capacity to overcome challenges with courage and hope.
Your 5 Innate Qualities You Never Knew!
#1 Peace
This is your original quality. Serenity, or inner peace, is the absence of violence on a personal level. I synchronize with everyone and everything around me when I’m in this peaceful condition. The key phase in meditation is using the concept or word “Shanti,” which means peace.
#2 Purity
A clean, honest state in which I am the same on the inside and the outside and am not lying to anyone. Artificiality is, therefore, not an option. Violence cannot be perpetrated against me, nor can it be committed against anybody else, in the state of original truth known as purity. Even if they try, outsiders cannot harm or destroy the self while it is in its original purity because of a built-in aura of defense that serves as an invisible wall. I respect anything when I reach this level of purity.
#3 Love
Because it has gotten so tangled up with attachment, possessiveness, and dependence — deeply ingrained patterns that have been accepted as normal — it may be the most challenging original characteristic to attain. As a result, it is challenging for a person to comprehend unconditional love, which is the true expression of pure love.
Love has the quality of “I care,” “I share,” and, most importantly, “I liberate.” True spiritual love never makes others dependent or in need of you in a way that prevents them from being or finding themselves.
#4 Knowledge
We define knowledge as knowing and being who I am eternally and truly, as well as existing in this consciousness. Knowing how to be the soul, at peace, and in love, etc., is what this means as opposed to knowing about these things. I am, the original knowledge of the self that lives outside of the false self of ego is the vehicle through which this characteristic of real knowledge is conveyed.
#5 Happiness
Happiness is the authentic expression of the joy of existence and social interaction. Only when I relate to myself, communicate who I am in a respectful way, and allow people to share in who I am and what I have can I truly be happy. I connect with others and the natural world and recognize that connections are the source of human fulfillment.
Message for the day
Being a master entails avoiding being taken advantage of by one’s own weaknesses.
What it tells you: Any weakness I experience indicates that my internal power is not active at that moment. Being a master entails having complete control over all internal forces. Whatever power is required is deployed at the appropriate time, whether it is the power of concentration, decision power, or stability. Therefore, no signs of weakness but just inner strength are displayed.
What you should experience: I feel like I have mastery over people and situations when I can employ all of my abilities at once. But most importantly, I discover that I have complete control over my moods and emotions. No matter how difficult the circumstances outside may be, I always have control over my feelings. As a result, I discover that my weaknesses never deceive me.
