Shipping Policies
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call or contact us at +91-9986070809, mentioning your order reference number. We shall do our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by clicking on Track your Order section.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping Partners
- We use FedEx and Aramex to ship our products to your destination as available.
- We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or serve you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is because each shipment’s content is verified by the post office before accepting. They will not accept the shipment if they feel that the item may be damaged.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We do our best to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
- Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Shipments through FedEx / Aramex, if created before 04:00 PM, will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has its own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and the delivery time is unpredictable.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.
Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 15 Days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Regarding the product that needs to be exchanged, please send us photos of the damaged products. We will estimate the damages and then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.
100% Refund/Replacement
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. To protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, you will find an option for Request Refund. We will verify the submitted details visually and will issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we receive the product, we will verify the reported issue and send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.
In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund.
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we cannot offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason.
Changing or Canceling An Order
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled?
You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. We will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled.
If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. (It is because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even though the order was canceled and refunded.).
Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we cannot offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm the customer cannot repair the faulty item by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you must mention clearly on the Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
