Get Set, Go!

Make a list of your short- and long-term objectives for your job and personal life.

Utilize the appropriate tools to help you achieve your goals. Decide what action you’ll take right away.

The stillness of the Mind

Keeping a dialogue with God is one of the finest ways to stay light, even in the midst of chaos and darkness. We gain a more enjoyable perspective on life when we converse with God, whose responsibilities are limitless, about insignificant issues that are dragging us down. We eventually develop the ability to perceive His perspective on our minor irritations, but it takes a certain calm of mind to hear His advice. Opening oneself up to Him allows us to lighten our worries since His thought radiates lightness and love.

YES or NO: When To Say Yes And When To Say No

Which situations or possibilities do you choose to accept, and which do you choose to reject?

In order to decide, it is important to keep the vision of your dream and what you, the soul, really want in front of you. Know what is most important to you. From this place of inner focus, we should determine which of these circumstances or opportunities are moving you closer to your dream, what is essential, and what is pulling you away from your dream. We should also be aware that occasionally circumstances can be like “mirages” (illusions), which seem to offer something simple and alluring but actually pull you away from the truth or the essential. These are chances that seem simpler, and it would be simpler to say yes out of laziness.

You already know, though, if you listen, that if you avoid or run from the issue and don’t pay attention to your heart, you won’t be happy, content, or calm in the long run. We must stand our ground and resist letting the river drag us along.

Saying “yes” to an offer, circumstance, or course of action close to your spirit’s core does not imply submission, and you do not lose your independence or self-worth. It is a yes with the knowledge that you and others will advance in a positive way by learning from what life has to offer.

Message for the day

One’s mental condition determines how challenging the issue is.

What it tells you: Depending on how one is feeling, one can make something enormous seem little or small seem big. When one is in a positive frame of mind, handling situations is simple. So even difficult situations are crossed over with great ease. So even difficult situations are crossed over with great ease. Then there will be no dependency on external situations to change the internal state of mind. In other words, there will never be a response to events outside of oneself, but there will always be stability.

What you should experience: When I am in a strong and positive mental state, I have self-confidence and can easily overcome any challenges. Otherwise, the circumstance seizes control of my mental state, and I find myself constrained by it. I experience the tiniest circumstance at this time as a huge barrier. But when I have faith in myself, I can use my inner strength to solve problems extremely quickly.
