My Secret to Feeling Great

Rather than simply enjoying ourselves or trying to feel good at all costs, feeling great is about arranging our lives. It involves bringing our inner and outer worlds into harmony and gaining the maturity to match our inner worlds of thoughts, attitudes, and feelings with our outer world of actions, words, and relationships. There will be confusion outside if there is confusion inside.

Happiness

When each moment is used in a meaningful way, happiness results. Being happy is such nourishment that it can make someone strong from weak. It makes difficult things easy and heavy things light. A wonderful act of kindness is to continue being joyful and spread happiness to others. Whatever happens, I shouldn’t lose my happiness.

Spiritual Eyes: Seeing Through It

My eyes are the most powerful means by which I, the soul, not only take in information from the outside to the inside but also communicate with others from the inside to the outside. Through my eyes, I express to others and share with them everything that the soul has within it or is made up of, including thoughts, feelings, attitudes, positive attributes, shortcomings, and all personality features.

I may use my eyes to shower people with pure love, peace, joy, power, etc., but if I don’t use them properly, I can also use my eyes to shower others with resentment, jealousy, criticism, hatred, etc. My intelligence and understanding are also expressed in my eyes.

My eyes are used to seeing other people with a spiritual vision when I maintain the awareness that I am a soul, a spiritual entity of subtle light located at the center of my forehead. This results in my spiritual growth. My eyes are used to seeing other people in the same way with a non-spiritual or body-conscious vision while I maintain the awareness that I am a body. I feel depressed about this on a spiritual level. A spiritual perspective enables me to view others as equals rather than with feelings of comparison or competition.

I’ve written multiple books as part of the “Self-Help Master Series.” You can check out the series at https://neelamravi.com/e-SelfHelpMasterSeriesMy aim with these books is to become a channel of blessings for someone every day, and I hope that readers find value in them.

On a physical level, I typically form all kinds of impressions of another person from just a quick glance, including assumptions about their age, gender, looks, position in society, job, level of wealth, sense of style, caste, nationality, etc. I also frequently, and very frequently, form assumptions about their personality or behavior. That changes when one is soul-conscious. When I look outside, I see souls whom I regard as my brothers since they are neither greater nor lower than me. Instead of the current personality of each soul, a spiritual vision reminds me of their initial, admirable traits.

It also serves as a reminder that every soul has incarnated from the soul world to play its diverse roles in this endless drama on the global stage by wearing various physical garments.

Age, gender, physical characteristics, social standing, etc., that I can see right now are only transient. The same soul has been in the past and will be in the future in different physical costumes or roles, where all these have been and will be different, and the same applies to me too. Because of this, I am able to see past similarities and stop passing judgment on others.

Message for the day

Being joyful requires letting go mentally as much as verbally.

What it tells you: Things don’t always go according to plan. The person who is able to let go of expectations from the circumstance will be able to forget it at such moments. Such a person won’t keep discussing the circumstance and outlining it to everyone. Furthermore, it won’t be necessary to state, “I let go.” Once the situation is accepted as it is, there will not be even a single thought of it.

What you should experience: When I accept things for what they are, I can grow and learn from each new experience. I’ll be able to keep my inner happiness and not be mentally bothered by what occurred. Thus, I’ll be able to maintain mental clarity for whatever lies ahead. With my resources, I shall be free from waste and make steady development.
