Finishing Anger & Bringing Newness
Never believe anyone who says we cannot change. Vision is one of the secrets of personal transformation. We are all artists; our mind is the arena of creation, and vision is what we are constantly creating.
What is your vision of yourself today — patient, relaxed, positive or tense, tight and negative?
What do you prefer?
So, be creative — what does patience look like, feel like, what are you doing that is different when you are patient, and you are expressing your power to… wait? Always start with vision, not action. See it, and you will be it. Be it, and you will do it. This is how we create our own life.
Dear, today, I want to help you with your anger. Let’s see how to identify and handle it gracefully.
Anger
Anger can be likened to a bull in a China shop. In the process of expressing its own truth, it destroys all the goodness that may still be around. Then the question arises: would it have been better to live with the minor untruth than to cause such extensive damage?
In its gross form, anger is a vice that will directly and instantly cause significant harm to the self and others.
Sometimes we use the vice of anger for the sake of truth or what we believe to be correct. We use it to justify that someone else has lied, stolen, or worse. However, anger in itself is wrong, and thus it can never be justified. Two wrongs do not make a right. And someone else’s wrong does not allow me to commit even greater violence.
Anger will finish only when we begin to understand the real damage it causes.
Bring Newness
When there is no novelty in addressing the variety of life’s circumstances, unhappiness is felt. We are stuck in the same vicious loop because we keep having the same thoughts and doing the same things. We are unable to recognize anything novel in the novel circumstances that present themselves. These develop into weighty ideas that drain our good energy.
When there is a fresh approach to handling things, we are really happy. There is a sensation of fulfillment and satisfaction since the mind’s potential and energy are channeled in a constructive way. Life itself becomes more beautiful since the mind is not preoccupied with negativity or waste but is instead actively searching for the greatest answers in every circumstance.

Message for the day
To finish waste questions is to find a solution
What it tells you: There are always unnecessary inquiries in the mind when a challenging circumstance arises, either about the past or the future. Common inquiries include “Why did it happen this way?” and “What will happen next.” However, keeping the mind preoccupied with pointless inquiries prevents it from using its capacity for problem-solving. On the other hand, completing unnecessary inquiries allows the mind to be free to think about solutions.
What you should experience: I can stay focused and discover the solution to every issue when my mind is clear of useless inquiries. I am confident and aware that there is a solution to every issue. I can find the answer fast and readily and find myself moving toward success even in the most difficult circumstances when I maintain my focus in the present by letting go of useless questions.
